Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
